1906 Steel truss bridge over Putah creek
Went for a morning ride from Davis to Winters, a quaint little historic farm town. This was one of the neatest points of interest 4 me: A bridge built over Putah creek by Southern Pacific in 1906, which brought about the birth of Winters. Speaking of birth... When is that little guy coming???
Historic Rt.40 coming into Davis
This is the classic nor-cal country road I imagine when I think of a picturesque ride. Plus, it's part of the Amgen tour of California. Had to snap it!

There was a really sweet "woodies on the pier " show uncle John, aunt Carolee and I got 2 go 2 on Sat. Morning. Standing next 2 a 47 chevy suburban woodie. Lots of smoke in the air from the big sur fire... Hope hwy 1 is open when i get back down here!

Got 2 cruz around in style earlier this morning, through Oakland and Berkeley and check out a really cool, old skool machine shop that does awesome metal work for your vintage restoration needs. Yeah, I know... Only a motor head like me would get excited about that.
